M4Wind wind technicians following HSE standards at a wind farm

HSE & quality

Complete wind power support

Safe work is the foundation of every strong result.

If a task cannot be carried out safely, it cannot be carried out at all. This principle guides M4Wind planning, mobilisation and daily supervision.

Safety culture

High standards begin before anyone enters the site

Safety is more than attending a course. It requires hazard identification, prepared people and equipment, practical procedures and a continuous response to changing conditions.

HSE specialists provide safety management, advice, supervision and reporting, involving the workforce in best practice across the wind farm.

A safe construction site

Nine elements of worksite organisation

  1. 01

Identify hazards and assess risk before starting each task.

  2. 02

Provide induction and instruction for employees, contractors and visitors.

  3. 03

Control hazardous materials and keep safety data sheets available.

  4. 04

Inspect machinery, tools, lifting devices and emergency equipment.

  5. 05

Select appropriate PPE, including fall-protection systems.

  6. 06

Provide the required PPE to support staff and visitors as well.

  7. 07

Maintain site administration, housekeeping and documentation standards.

  8. 08

Prepare emergency, rescue and first-aid plans.

  9. 09

Secure and sign the worksite and control access.
